About this coffee

A sweet floral Ethiopian which produces a beautifully clean cup. 

The region of Agaro is becoming known for its unique flavor profile of intense spice driven coffees. The Biftu Gudina cooperative use cherry delivered by small holders who farm much the same way as they would have one hundred years ago, with out chemicals, so most coffees are organic by default. The cherries are mechanically de pulped, soaked in water over night and sundried on raised beds.
