About this Coffee
Cuevitas is sourced from the renowned La Bolsa farm located in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. La Bolsa was founded in 1958 by Jorge Vides. Since then, the farm has been handed down three generations to Maria Elena Vides and her son Renardo Ovalle. We’ve worked with María and Renardo for a couple of years now, finding more and more great coffee with every new season. We're thrilled with the quality of coffee that has come in this year from Guatemala.
Due to the different microclimates found across La Bolsa, each coffee grown here has its own distinct character, and Cuevitas is no exception. This espresso offers notes of apple and malt complemented by a sweet aroma and mild acidity.
