About this coffee

The Five Star Day is our seasonal espresso blend.

The Rwandan Inzovu is made up of coffee from 80,000 individual farmers delivering cherries to several different washing stations across Rwanda. Selective picking and hand sorting ensure the cherries meet the strict protocols at the mill before processing.

Colombia Yanancha is a blend of coffees produced by farmers in the high altitude region of Nariño. Here farms are usually small, family-run operations and producers work together via a cooperative which represents many farmers located in a small geographical area, such as Yanancha.

Bolivia Las Mercedes is produced and hand picked by Mercedes Lourdes and her daughter Rosalia on their farm which lies in a lush, steep mountain valley outside the town of Caranavi. This coffee is grown organically in the shade of native trees, with their heavy leaf fall creating a natural mulch fertiliser and their canopy providing an important habitat for the many species in the area.
